Team Sports

Welcome to our team sports page. Information about current team sports will be updated on this page for you to refer to.

Guidelines

• Parents are encouraged to assist in coaching, managing and supporting sports teams. Without support, sports cannot be offered.  The school will provide practical support and guidance for volunteers when needed to fulfil their role.

• A variety of team sports will be offered for all students to participate in.

• All players' fees must be paid before the season commences.

• All players must wear their relevant team uniform with pride.

• Every effort is made to place all students in a team, if this is not possible your child's name will be put on a waiting list should a space become available.  Teams will be made up by the Team Sports Coordinator.

• Late entries will be put on a waiting list in case a position becomes available in a team.

• All Hukanui students, coaches and supporters are expected to adhere to the Hukanui Code of Conduct and Fair play Code which is available to read in our school policies.

• Touch Rugby Term  1 & 4 Year 1- 6

• Miniball Term  1,2,3,4 Year 1-6

• Netball Term  2 & 3 Year 1-6

• Hockey Term 2 & 3 Year 1-6

• Summer Hockey Term 4 Year 3-6
